1. Service Description

OneCartNG is an affiliate-based shopping aggregator that allows users to save product links from multiple supported online stores into a single unified cart. OneCartNG does not sell products directly. When you click a product link to purchase, you are redirected to the relevant third-party store. OneCartNG earns a commission from certain purchases made through these links (see section 4).

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
• OneCartNG is designed for Nigerian residents and members of the Nigerian diaspora, but is accessible to anyone globally subject to these Terms.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• One person may not maintain more than one account without prior written permission from OneCartNG.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use OneCartNG for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the service.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from onecartng.com.
• Manipulate affiliate links to generate fraudulent commissions.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or any other malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this section without notice.

4. Affiliate Disclosure

OneCartNG participates in affiliate marketing programmes. This means that when you click a product link on OneCartNG and subsequently make a purchase on a supported store, OneCartNG may earn a commission from that sale at no additional cost to you. Prices shown on OneCartNG reflect the store's own pricing; affiliate participation does not affect what you pay. Our editorial decisions (which stores and products to support) are independent of affiliate relationships.

5. Third-Party Stores

OneCartNG links to third-party stores including Jumia, Konga, Temu, Shein, ASOS, Fashion Nova, and Jiji. We have no control over and make no warranty regarding:

• Prices: prices shown on OneCartNG are indicative and may differ from the price at checkout.
• Product availability: items may go out of stock without notice.
• Delivery: shipping times, costs, and reliability are determined entirely by the third-party store.
• Product quality: OneCartNG makes no representation about the quality, authenticity, or safety of any product sold by a third-party store.
• Returns and disputes: all returns, refunds, and purchase disputes must be resolved directly with the store where you completed the purchase.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only. Visiting those sites is governed by their own terms of service and privacy policies.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• OneCartNG is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• OneCartNG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
• OneCartNG's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the greater of NGN 5,000 or the amount you paid OneCartNG in the three months preceding the claim.
• OneCartNG is not liable for losses arising from third-party store transactions, delivery failures, or product defects.

7. Account Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:

• By you: delete your account via account settings or by submitting a data deletion request.
• By us: we may suspend or permanently terminate your account for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity (12+ months), with or without prior notice.

On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately. We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of OneCartNG after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be notified via email.
